Responsibilities:
?
1.To design, enhance, develop and document the database logical & physical design and stored procedures changes to support the business and IT requirements;
?
2.To provide technical support and administration function of the database systems, including installation, configuration, upgrading and monitoring;
?
3.To perform capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning of multiple RDBMS systems;
?
4.To recommend and improve database application architecture, direction and operating practices.
?
Requirements:
?
1.Bachelor degree majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science and Technology, software Engineering or equivalent discipline;
?
2.A minimum of 4 years’ information systems analysis, design, software development and support experience;
?
3.2 years hands-on experience on Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012, in particular on planning, schema design and stored procedure development, DB tuning and trouble-shooting areas;
?
4.Knowledge and working experience in transaction processing is an advantage;
?
5.Windows and Linux scripting experience for task automation;
?
6.Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills;
?
7.Self-motivated and willing to work with others;
?
8.Able to work independently and under pressure;
?
9.Proficient in spoken and written English;
?
10.Able to speak Cantonese is an advantage.
